I am so happy to have come across Emsystudio, and it was really by chance, through Instagram. I can confirm, it was a wonderful coincidence. Where do I begin? I am truly grateful for how our collaboration unfolded, despite my doubts and complete lack of knowledge about graphic design. She always took the time to explain things step by step, no matter how many questions I asked, there was always an answer. Her explanations were always detailed, repeated as many times as I needed (because she made sure that by the end of our meetings, I understood everything). When it came to file deliveries, she also took the time to explain the reasoning behind everything—colors, spaces, shapes, etc.—and listened to my opinions. Her ideas and suggestions allowed me to “modify, add, and understand certain elements I may have overlooked.” Her skills at every level helped me progress with this project. She provided a new perspective with her professional vision, yet was always attentive to my views and expectations. The tools she uses and the documents she provides are truly an important asset.
